Macy Building specializes in custom contract homes leading the client from the initial design to turning over the keys at completion. Macy Building & Development, Inc is a family owned and managed business led by Brian and Stephanie Macy of Elizabethtown.  Brian is a graduate of North Hardin High School in Radcliff and Stephanie is a graduate of Assumption High School in Louisville.  Both received their college degrees from Transylvania University in Lexington. 

Macy Building and Development, Inc. is a member of the Lincoln Trail Homebuilders Association, Homebuilders Association of Louisville, Kentucky Homebuilders Association, and the National Association of Homebuilders.   Brian and Stephanie have worked on numerous construction projects over the past 8 years in Hardin and Jefferson Counties that include:

• The Orchard Subdivision (Single Family Homes) Hardin County
• The Woods of Farnsley Moorman (Patio Homes) Jefferson County
• Valley View Subdivision (Single Family Homes) Jefferson County

Brian and Stephanie oversee all job sites and all phases of construction.  This includes all job bidding, sales & marketing, construction financing, and communicating with subcontractors. From start to finish, Macy Building will focus on quality, attention to detail, and manage costs to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
