Macy Building strives to build “Green” and save our clients money on their new home’s monthly utility cost.  Macy Building constructs all homes with the Energy Star Homes Program.  This includes increased insulation, energy-efficient heating and cooling equipment, high-performance windows, and tight construction and ducts.
